Age and Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 13 years of age or older to use the Application
• Users between 13-17 years require parental consent
• You must have a device compatible with the Application's requirements
• By using the Application, you confirm that you meet all requirements

Services and Features

The Application provides a range of creative tools that may include, but are not limited to:

• Adding or syncing audio with video
• Editing media and adding effects
• Scene enhancement and customization tools
• Various export and sharing options

Service Development

Application features are regularly updated to improve performance and expand creative capabilities. Some features may vary between different versions of the Application or depending on the subscription type.

Supported Devices

• The Application requires a device compatible with the technical requirements
• Requires a compatible operating system version
• May not work on all devices or versions
• We are not obligated to support specific devices or systems

Additional Requirements

• Internet connection for accessing certain features
• Sufficient storage space on the device
• Necessary access permissions (Photos, Microphone, Notifications)
• Apple ID account for in-app purchases

Granted License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the Application on your personal devices
• Use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only

This license is subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms and Conditions from Apple.

Restrictions and Prohibitions

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, or selling the Application
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Removing or modifying any trademarks or proprietary rights
• Using the Application for illegal or harmful purposes
• Tampering with any security features or protections in the Application
• Using automated programs or bots to access the Application
• Interfering with the Application's operation or affecting other users
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Violating any local or international laws

Free Version

Paid Subscription (Streak Plus)

Streak Plus is the premium subscription that unlocks all advanced features.

Note: Specific features may change and evolve over time. Streak Plus subscription grants you full access to all features available in the paid version at the time of use.

Pricing and Currencies

• Prices mentioned are in US Dollars and may vary depending on your country and local currency
• Prices appear in the App Store in your local currency including taxes
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time
• Any price changes do not affect current subscribers during their current subscription period

Apple Payment System

• All payments and subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase system
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• We do not collect any payment information or credit card details
• All payment and billing inquiries should be directed to Apple Support directly

Automatic Renewal

• All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Charge occurs 24 hours before the end of the current period
• The price applied is the current price at the time of renewal
• Subscription continues until you manually cancel

Important: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You will retain all benefits until the end of the period.

Free Trial Periods

If we offer a free trial period:

• Duration is clearly specified before starting
• Must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges
• At the end of the trial period, paid subscription begins automatically
• Only one trial period per user/Apple ID account
• We determine user eligibility for trial periods

Refund Requests

• All refund requests are submitted directly to Apple

• Or contact Apple Support
• Requests are subject to Apple's refund policy
• We do not have the authority to issue refunds directly

Technical Support

• If you experience technical issues, contact us at: support@streakshot.app

No Partial Period Refund Policy

• No refunds for used days or weeks of the subscription
• Canceling subscription only stops future charges
• All benefits remain available until the end of the paid period
• Refund from Apple results in immediate termination of subscription

Promotional Codes

We may provide promotional codes or discounts through:

• Apple's promotional system
• Marketing campaigns and partnerships
• Special events and contests

Special Offers and Discounts

• We may offer discount promotions or special prices for limited periods
• Terms and conditions are specified with each offer
• Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time
• Previous subscribers are not entitled to retroactive new discounts

Your Complete Ownership

• You retain complete ownership of all content you create or use in the Application
• We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content
• All files (images, videos, audio) remain your property

Your Legal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All content you create, use, or share
• Ensuring you possess full legal rights to all content
• Not infringing on intellectual property rights of any other party
• Complying with all local and international laws related to content
• Any legal consequences resulting from your content

Storage and Backup

• All content you create is stored locally on your device only
• We do not upload, store, or backup your content on any servers
• You are solely responsible for backing up your content
• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or deletion of your content
• iCloud synchronization may be supported in the future (through official Apple services only)

Prohibited Content

Creating, using, or sharing the following content is strictly prohibited:

• Violates any local or international law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property or copyright rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Obscene, pornographic, sexual, or offensive content
• Incites violence, hatred, discrimination, or terrorism
• Violates others' privacy or discloses personal information without permission
• Contains threats, extortion, or defamation
• Impersonates others or contains misleading false information
• Contains unauthorized advertisements or promotions
• Inappropriately targets children

Content Sharing

The Application may allow you to share your content with external services and platforms through:

• Built-in sharing tools in the Application
• Default system sharing mechanism
• Direct integrations with specific services

Sharing Responsibility

When sharing content:

• Sharing is subject to the terms and policies of the receiving platform
• We are not responsible for how other platforms use or process your content
• You must review platform privacy policies before sharing
• Shared content becomes subject to that platform's policies and terms
• We do not store or retain any copies of shared content

Snapchat Creative Kit

• The Application integrates Snapchat Creative Kit SDK for direct sharing
• Your use of this feature is subject to Snapchat's Terms of Service
• We do not control or monitor content shared on Snapchat
• Snapchat is responsible for processing and privacy of shared content

Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for the availability or reliability of third-party services
• Any issues with external platforms must be resolved with those platforms directly
• We do not guarantee continued integration with any external service
• Integrations may be discontinued or modified at any time

Application Ownership

Streak Shot and all its elements (design, code, logo, icons, texts, features, interfaces) are fully owned by us and protected under:

• Copyright laws
• Trademark laws
• International intellectual property laws
• Applicable intellectual property treaties

Trademarks

• The name "Streak Shot" and logo are registered or pending trademarks
• You may not use any trademarks or logos without explicit written permission
• Unauthorized use of trademarks exposes you to legal liability

Intellectual Property Rights Protection

We take intellectual property infringement seriously:

• Immediate legal action will be taken against any infringement
• This includes unauthorized copying, piracy, reverse engineering
• Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law
• We have zero tolerance for any attempt to steal or imitate intellectual property

Licenses and Attribution

• The Application uses open-source libraries and components under their licenses
• Full compliance with the license terms of used components is maintained

We do not guarantee that the Application will be:

• Free from errors or defects
• Available continuously without interruption
• Completely secure from security threats
• Compatible with all devices or systems
• Suitable for any particular purpose
• Accurate or reliable at all times

Additional Disclaimer:

• We are not responsible for any loss of data or content
• We are not responsible for performance or compatibility issues with your device
• We are not responsible for content or conduct on third-party platforms
• We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from using the Application
• Your use of the Application is at your sole personal risk

Maximum Liability:

In the event we are held liable (notwithstanding the above), the maximum aggregate liability is limited to:

• The amount paid (if any) for subscription during the last 30 days
• Or $100 USD, whichever is less

Arising from or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy
• Your use or misuse of the Application
• Your violation of any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Content you create, share, or use
• Any negligence or misconduct on your part
• Any dispute with other users or third parties

Your Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by:

• Deleting the Application from all your devices
• Canceling your subscription if any
• No prior notice required

Our Termination

We have the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application immediately and without prior notice in the following cases:

• Your violation of any provision of these Terms
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Misuse of the Application or causing harm to it
• Threatening the safety or security of the Application or users
• Request by legal or governmental authority
• Decision to discontinue the Application wholly or partially

Effects of Termination

Upon termination (by either party):

• Your right to use the Application ceases immediately
• You must delete the Application from all your devices
• The following provisions remain in effect: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, Governing Law
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except under Apple's policy
• We are not obligated to compensate you for any consequences of termination
• You may lose access to any content associated with the Application

Amicable Resolution First

Before resorting to any legal action:

• Contact us first at: support@streakshot.app
• Attempt to resolve the dispute amicably for at least 30 days
• We commit to responding within 72 hours and working towards a satisfactory resolution

Binding Arbitration

If amicable resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration:

Individual Disputes Only

• All disputes are resolved individually only
• You may not file or participate in a class action lawsuit
• You may not represent a group or class of users
• If this provision is invalid in your country, the entire arbitration provision becomes void

Right to Opt-Out of Arbitration

You have 30 days from accepting these Terms to opt out of the arbitration provision:

Opting out of arbitration does not invalidate the remaining Terms.

Claims Filing Period

• Any lawsuit or claim must be filed within one year from the date the cause of action arose
• After one year, the claim is permanently barred and cannot be filed
• This applies to both parties

Applicable Law

These Terms are subject to the following laws:

• Laws applicable in our location
• Local laws in the user's country where applicable
• Applicable international treaties and agreements
• International and local consumer protection laws

Jurisdiction

For disputes not subject to arbitration:

• Jurisdiction lies with competent courts in our location
• Or competent courts in the user's country according to local law
• As determined by the applicable law in each case

International Use

The Application is available for use worldwide:

• You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your country
• Your information may be transferred internationally to operate services
• Your rights may vary depending on your geographic location
• We are committed to respecting international and local laws

Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time for reasons including:

• New legal or regulatory requirements
• Changes in Application functions or features
• Operational or security needs
• Improving clarity or addressing legal gaps

Modification Notice

You will be notified of modifications through:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
• In-app notification when opened
• Email message if available
• Notice on the website

Acceptance of Modifications

• Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance
• If you do not agree to modifications, stop using the Application immediately
• Material modifications may require explicit consent from you

Entire Agreement

• These Terms together with the Privacy Policy represent the complete agreement between you and us
• Supersedes all prior oral or written agreements or understandings

Severability

If any provision is illegal or unenforceable:

• Only that provision is removed
• The remaining Terms remain valid and fully enforceable
• The invalid provision is replaced with one that achieves the same purpose if possible

No Waiver

• Our failure to enforce a particular provision does not constitute a waiver
• We retain the right to enforce any provision at any time
• Any waiver must be written and explicit

Non-Transferability

• You cannot transfer or assign your rights under these Terms
• We may transfer our rights to any other party
• Any unauthorized transfer attempt is void

No Partnership or Agency

These Terms do not create:

• A partnership or joint venture relationship
• An employment relationship
• An agency or representation relationship
• Any authority to represent the other party

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, etc.)
• Wars, disturbances, or terrorist acts
• Government decisions or new laws
• Internet, communications, or power failures
• Issues with Apple services or third-party services
• Health epidemics or pandemics
• Strikes or labor disputes

Surviving Provisions

The following provisions remain in effect after termination:

• Disclaimer of Warranties provision (12)
• Limitation of Liability provision (13)

Important Acknowledgments

You acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and the Streak Shot Team only, not Apple Inc.
• Apple is not obligated to provide any maintenance or technical support for the Application
• Apple is not responsible for any claims or lawsuits related to the Application

App Store Terms Compliance

Your use of the Application is also subject to:

• Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions of Service
• End User License Agreement (EULA) for Licensed Applications
• Usage rules set forth in the App Store

Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

• Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
• Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary
• You agree to Apple's right to exercise this right

Claims Responsibility

We are responsible for:

• Any claims related to the Application or your use of it
• Product liability
• Legal compliance of the Application
• Any intellectual property rights violations
• Any issues or complaints related to the Application
